    Obligations of our customers:
    Customer shall bear the obligation to safeguard that H.W. Coates receives all information and documents necessary to provide the services, e.g. a delivery note for each shipment, freight note according to the applicable set of detailing all shipments and shipping units collected, the nature, weight and number of shipping units containing hazardous materials which need to be declared according to all regulations relating to the transport of dangerous goods.
    Customer shall safeguard that all hazardous materials tendered to H.W. Coates for shipment will be properly classified, marked, labelled and packaged for handling and transportation in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations and fit and safe to be carried in the condition in which they are tendered for transportation.
    Customer concedes that H.W. Coates won’t bear the responsibility for the disposal of any goods. Customer shall promptly initiate its disposal efforts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
